What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you're not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don't think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we'll refund* your money.

*A refund will be issued if we do not provide a home cleaning up to the standard of the package provided. If the home requires extra time or work outside of the work scope additional charges will be applied, if the client refuses the extra charges no refund will be issued.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure??

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it's own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we're here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we'll be there to take care of it. That's our promise to you!

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Right Now Maid certified cleaner

PRICING & POLICIES

Why you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

Credit card information is needed for any additional services rendered that were not on the original work order.

I bought a voucher and Right Now Maids does not cover my area, what should I do?

In most cases, we will refund the amount back to the person who bought the voucher, please contact us for assistance at Support@RightNowMaids.com.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How do I create a Right Now Maids account?

CLEANING PACKAGES

Standard vs. Deep Clean

Our Standard Cleaning is perfect for recurring services on a home that has been professionally cleaned within the last month and is in average condition for a well-maintained home. If you are a first-time client, or if your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, selecting the Deep Clean option will give your cleaning professionals the extra time and additional equipment and supplies to achieve the high-quality results they are known for. Once a Deep Clean has been performed, our Standard Clean will be the perfect choice for recurring services!

If you have specific areas that you would like your cleaner to concentrate on during your Deep Clean service, just let us know and we'll make sure to add those areas to the service order.

Services We Do Not Provide

While your cleaning professionals do their absolute best every service, below we have listed items that, through years of experience, our cleaners have suggested we not offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss, we want to make sure both you and your cleaning professionals are happy!

Cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

No Lifting or moving heavy items (Refrigerator, Stove, Tables, Furniture, etc.)

No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools. If your home requires cleaning of any kind beyond the limits of these tools, we will contact/refer an outside service for you.

Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery. While our Deep Clean option does include vacuuming furniture, our cleaning professionals have found that guaranteeing the removal of excessive pet hair from upholstery is too time consuming to be economical, and they are never satisfied with the end result. However, they will do their best, and we hope our clients will understand the effort taken.

Hourly Services

For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have, including extras that usually would be considered add-ons. It is important that you accurately estimate the time required when booking this service so that your cleaning professionals have the time they need to perform the requested services. 3-hour minimum.

Move-In/Move-Out

If you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, tenant, buyer, or seller in need of a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option will provide you with a thorough cleaning that will prepare the home for you or the new family! (Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service. We will need electricity and water.)
